About Me

I am Serge Devieux, a dedicated and passionate Executive and Team Coach, with over 4 years of experience in helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. My journey into coaching followed a 40-year leadership career, including 18 years in Development Finance, and since then, I have been committed to empowering my clients to reach their goals and overcome challenges.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy family time, travel, reading, watching and discussing movies. These activities help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my coaching practice.
