About Me

I am Mei Hamilton, a dedicated and passionate Executive and Team coach with over 13 years of experience in helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. 

My journey into coaching began with my experiences supporting my two older siblings through their mental health challenges and navigating my own adversities. After spending many years in the technology field, I discovered my true passion for helping others. Since then, I have dedicated myself to empowering clients to achieve their goals and overcome obstacles.

When I am not coaching, I enjoy reading professional literature, cooking, outdoor activities and watching detective shows. They help me stay balanced and offer fresh insights that enrich my coaching practice.
