About me

I am Linda Rad, and my purpose is to help others live fully, realizing their purpose, passions, and talents. 

I have over 25 years of experience helping leaders, individuals and teams achieve their greater purpose and full potential. My journey into coaching began when I built and implemented a coaching program as an internal leader of Learning and Organization Development. I partner with leaders and teams to help them build trusting and high performing cultures. My experience evolved into partnerships with private, public, non-profit, global disruptors, and start-ups to create synergy to grow their leaders. I’ve developed and implemented successful enterprise-wide leadership development solutions and enjoy helping teams achieve their mission and purpose.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy the company of family and friends, hiking and nature, new and diverse music, reading books on neuroscience, traveling close and far, healthy vegan cooking, and understanding new cultures and people. There’s also nothing better for me than singing loud with the windows down! These interests help me stay balanced and bring fresh perspectives to my coaching practice.
